Each guest will need a pair of wireless headphones to tune into the music or audio being played without disturbing others, while the transmitter sends the audio to the headphones. We also provide assistance with setup and troubleshooting to make sure everything runs smoothly.
As the DJ, you will need to have a mixer that can accommodate multiple audio sources, such as a laptop or DJ controller. You will also need to have access to a sound system to play the music for the headphones. Once you have set up the equipment, guests can put on their headphones and switch between channels to dance to their preferred music.
Our equipment comes with the ability to connect your own music source with a headphone jack (AUX) or audio input to the wireless stereo transmitter. You can connect laptops, iPhones, mp3 players, a movie projector, or almost any other audio device to the transmitter to instantly start your party. However, if you would like a professional DJ to curate the music for your event, we can provide recommendations for DJs who are experienced in using our equipment.
Headphones and transmitters are fully charged to last over 8-10 hours and we will provide charging cables for extra charging time.
You will simply turn on your bluetooth transmitters and search for available bluetooth devices. Once you find the transmitter, select it and your turned on headphones will automatically connect. We can also provide you with RCA-3.5, RCA-RCA or 3.5mm-3.5mm cables. If you are having trouble connecting, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
The audio range from our wireless transmitters to your headphones are up 300 feet, which provides a great coverage area for any outdoor party or event. However, please note that the range can be affected by physical barriers so our latest transmitter will let you choose between a 300ft range and a low 100ft range, making it a better option for every venue and party.
The Soundless Society system offer three different audio channels that can be selected by the user. Each channel is color-coded to make it easy to differentiate between them.

After receiving your quote from The Soundless Society, you will have the option to pay through credit card, debit card, or PayPal. We require a 20% deposit upon booking and the remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We understand that planning a party can be stressful, so we try to make the payment process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Once the contract is signed we will take a 20% deposit. That deposit is non-refundable.
Yes, at The Soundless Society we take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. We follow a thorough cleaning protocol for all our rental equipment, including our silent headphones. After each use, we clean and sanitize the headphones with disinfectant wipes and allow them to dry completely before storing them in their cases. We also inspect and test each headphone before and after rental to ensure it is in good working condition. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priority.
